This magazine is really unreliable. The review process took half a year and despite numerous inquiries, there was no response. Finally, they tell you they couldn't find suitable reviewers. Take this as a cautionary tale for everyone to consider

Sharing experience: Submitted on June 5th this year, accepted on November 1st, nearly 5 months. At 3 months, I sent a reminder letter, and the editor replied that they had changed the editor-in-chief and asked me to wait a little longer. Originally planned to send a reminder on November 5th when it reached 5 months, but received an acceptance notification on the 1st, without any modifications. I feel that the review period of this magazine is a bit long, so I suggest not to submit if you are in a hurry to graduate. And it is best to have the article polished. My article has gone through revisions from several magazines over the past year, so the language issues should have been resolved, and it was accepted directly.
