Not my favorite journal. The editors control the review process. Even if your manuscript is submitted for review, and even if the reviewers give the opportunity for revision, the editor may still refuse the manuscript for “various reasons.” Plus, the journal's self-citation rate is very high. This is my experience based on multiple submissions... Overall, the rejection rate is close to 90%, and less than 100 articles are published each year.
