Reviewed 2024-02-22 21:36:42 Two reviewers rejected the paper, with one summarizing at the beginning and the other at the end that there is little connection to operations and supply chain management, so although topics such as quality management are within the scope as stated in the aims, recently the focus seems to be more on supply chain. Submitted on January 3rd, waited half a month for a reply, then waited another half month, it was changed back to selection. In early February, it became scores, waited another week, and received reviewer comments on Valentine's Day.
