The second review process has been going on for almost 10 months now, with one of the reviewers being unreachable. There has been no progress at all. Despite reminders, there has been no invitation for a new reviewer, and the editor has not provided any feedback either.

The journal is good, just a bit slow. The peer review process takes over a month to complete, and each round at the editorial office takes at least another month, which is quite frustrating. The second round took over two months, but luckily a decision to accept was made a few days after it started being processed. It seems like the journal is not likely to reject after revisions have been made, so there shouldn't be a problem with accepting it if the revisions are done carefully

Submitted on 10/03, underwent external review on 17th, after four months received two sets of feedback from external reviewers, and was rejected in early January. One reviewer gave constructive feedback with a few suggestions for minor revisions. The other reviewer provided only two somewhat unreasonable methodological comments, leading to rejection by the editor. The final editor handled it. It's funny that one reviewer went missing, and the other reviewer uploaded the comments from the first round of reviews. I really can't believe it, what kind of attitude do reviewers have nowadays. Got minor revisions on October 17, had 15 days to respond, the editor gave 3 suggestions. Revised on the 23rd, accepted on the 25th. It's been almost a year of back and forth, submitted on November 28, 2022. Fortunately, the result was good, compared to the 80 days online for the total cycle, it's like night and day

This round was quite fast, received second review results in April, two acceptances and one major revision from a reviewer.
Since the reviewer had doubts about certain methods used in the paper, the original text was basically not modified. Had an argument with the reviewer and informed the editor about the situation, and finished the revisions at the end of April.
This round was quite long, received reviewer’s comments in early July, the same reviewer still held onto an issue. The editor requested us to either revise or provide arguments to refute the reviewer, and mentioned that the decision of acceptance will be based on this round of responses.
Made revisions within a week, mainly refuting the reviewer's comments, and submitted.
Received acceptance notice in August.
Overall, the process was smooth, but the total time was still somewhat long (10 months). The associate editor always provided some friendly suggestions during each review, making the submission process comfortable
