The review period for reviewers is about a month and a half, and the response speed of the editors is very fast. Time was not wasted in the editing process, which must be praised. Basically, within three days of the system seeing the review information, the editor responded. The overall time taken was about three months.
The first time, both reviewers approved my research, and although they had quite a few questions, they were all very positive. In the end, the editor gave major revisions, mainly related to English expression. I spent half a month making detailed revisions, which were finally approved by the reviewers.
The second time, the associate editor gave some minor formatting edits, and I responded the same day. Three days later, the editor sent an acceptance notification.
The efficiency is quite high, and the reviewers selected by the editor are very professional and ask clear questions.
This is a journal worth submitting to, but it is important to note whether the research direction is relevant, as the main theme of this journal is the field of rail transportation

I have seen 3-4 similar studies published on it before, and I felt that the quality was average. However, my submission was rejected immediately, stating that it did not fit within the scope of the journal. I think there are three possibilities:
