I agree, I didn't read the comments carefully before submitting to this journal. This journal is really tough, either accept it or reject it directly. After reading many comments, a research friend said it well, submitting to this journal is like opening a blind box. They accept papers for unknown reasons, but the rejections are all over the place. If they reject us, we just submit to another journal. The key point is that it's such a waste of time, they either don't process our papers or send them to dozens of experts. I find it ridiculous, what level are they at? It's in the third tier, what level is that? Research friends, I sincerely recommend not submitting, be cautious!
