In February 2021, I submitted an article to the International Soil and Water Conservation. It went through two rounds of revisions and was accepted in September. I feel that the review process was relatively fast.

Ah, powerless to change. Doing everything just for the impact factor. I don't believe they will keep accepting 40 articles. Once they accept more, the impact factor will definitely plummet.
