The efficiency of this journal was high, three days after submission, it was with editor, and then, it was soon under review (the condition is that the editor believes that it meets the external review requirement). After the submission of my manuscript, it was reviewed one month, and then it was rejected. I then argued, and the editor said that it can be improved according to the comments of the reviewers. And after the resubmission, new reviewers would be invited. After twists and turns, it was finally accepted.
