Reviewed 2020-08-31 15:21:19 I feel that it is a potential journal. The reviewers and editors are very responsible. Two articles have been published in this journal. It took 7 months for the first review of the first article, 2 months for the second review, 2 months for the third review, and almost 11 months in total until it was accepted; for the second article, it took more than 2 months for the first review, 1 month for the second review, more than 1 month for the third review, and more than 5 months in total until it was finally accepted. The comments were all good, and I replied seriously. The second review was held by the editor for over 20 days before being rejected without sending it to the reviewers.
