Reviewed 2022-07-22 23:04:50 Brother, the photonics community was originally small, so why is it not worth being in Zone 1? At the very least, they have: 1. No significant contributions from Chinese authors. 2. No significant proportion of reviews to improve the Impact Factor. 3. No malicious compression of article publication to quickly increase the Impact Factor to around 20 articles per year.
