It took one month and a half for the first review, and it was accepted after two months and a half of reviews. I chose a journal with short review period for graduation. I saw that it took half a month for the reviews of others’ articles. It took one month and a half for this round of review of my article. I've known for such a long time that I've submitted the manuscript to a better journal. Some of the reviewers’ levels are good, but in general, their levels are uneven, which cannot be described in a word. Of course, every journal has reviewers with insufficient levels. It's bad luck to meet those reviewers (with insufficient levels). If you need to graduate, you can have a try. Most of the review should still be fast. The impact factor of this journal in 2019 should be over 2.1, so it will still be safe in the next year.

Electronics is an open source journal, and I selected it for SCIE at the end of 2017.  I submitted my paper in October 2018  and after making some revisions, it was accepted for publication at the end of November, just one month later.

I was frustrated for over twenty days. Only one stubborn reviewer did not agree, and finally, I was rejected for resubmission. The same thing happened from November last year to March this year. Three papers were submitted to MDPI, all of which were rejected by the template. Three papers were submitted to three journals, and the rejection contents and reasons were exactly the same.
