1. Paper 1 (handled by Eugenio Oñate)
- October 9, 2024: Submitted
- November 22, 2024: Minor revisions requested, 6 small issues were quickly addressed
- November 26, 2024: Revised
- December 23, 2024: Accepted
- Proofreading within a week, exact time forgotten
- January 6, 2025: Indexed in WOS
Overall, the process was very smooth and quick.

2. Paper 2 (handled by Peter Wriggers, submitted right at 0:00 in the system, got the manuscript number 00001, hehe, a lucky start)
- January 1, 2025: Submitted
- February 26, 2025: Major revisions requested, 18 issues were addressed with additional simulations
- March 10, 2025: Revised
- March 18, 2025: Accepted
Just saw the notification this morning, feeling happy.

3. My senior brother had a paper accepted last year with a slightly longer process, from September 23, 2023, to March 24, 2024. However, it only had feedback from one reviewer with 2 format issues. I was quite envious at the time.
