We co-authored the article with a foreign expert. Unexpectedly, one of the reviewers put forward many meaningful suggestions, including some regarding to grammatical issues. The reviewers were really serious, although it took 2 months to finish the review. It depends on luck. It is very good if you encountered a serious reviewer. Another reviewer is a peer in the wide field. He asked a very critical question. Other minor issues were not mentioned. It is estimated that it will be remained in Q3 for a long time. It’s quite good.

A very junk journal. It's been more than a year and it hasn't been retrieved for a long time, and it happened that I lost a lot of rewards because of this article. I called the editor to inquiry, but the attitude was not good. Many papers accepted later than me have been retrieved. I can guess the reason why without thinking about it. I will never submit to it again in my life!!!!

Returned for minor revisions after 2 months, both reviewers agreed to publish, but just one day after returning the revised manuscript based on expert advice, it was instantly rejected without being sent to the reviewers. The reason given by the editor was that the topic did not match! Even though it was sent for review and revised, how could the topic still not match! Why didn't they mention the topic mismatch at the beginning and waste over two months?!

This journal is really slow, but getting published is still worth it. My first independently completed article. Rejected multiple times in the beginning, took a year and a half of submitting and rejections from about 20 journals, with various revisions and edits. It was painful, but ultimately accepted by a national journal.

Submitted in July 2023, external review started three weeks later.
Major revisions in October 2023, two reviewers with one major and one minor revision, took two months for revisions.
Submitted on November 5, 2023, external review three weeks later.
Minor revisions on December 12, 2023, one acceptance and one minor revision.
Returned for revisions on December 15, 2023.
Minor revision for formatting on January 10, 2024.
Accepted on January 16, 2024.
Proofreading on February 20, 2024, and then continuous proofreading.
Currently waiting for online publication.
Fee structure: black and white page 300, color up to five pages 1100, over five pages 600, editing fee 800, postage fee 80
