Submitted on March 12, 2024, it took close to over a month to find an editor. During this period, emails were sent to the office to withdraw the submission, but inexplicably found an editor to start Independent Review.

On May 28, 2024, the review process ended with four reviewers, two accepting and two rejecting the submission. The editor suggested major revisions, and surprisingly, the fourth reviewer appeared after the editor provided suggestions for major revisions.

After the major revisions were made in June 2024, the manuscript was returned, entering the "Review Finalized" stage. There has been no progress since then.

Overall, I feel that the review process was not very efficient -- I submitted in early November and received acceptance in mid-April. The reviewers were hard to find, and some editors were not very efficient. The reviewers' comments were also quite superficial, mostly asking for changes in wording and formatting.
