The main process is as follows: 1) Submission, 2019-06-02; 2) Result of first review: 2019-08-20, it turned out to be rejection (resubmission allowed); 3) Resubmission after revision: 2019-10-03 to 2019-10-04; 4) Accepted directly: 2019-11-26 (during the period, awaiting decision lasted for nearly three weeks. The first review lasted for two and a half months, and the manuscript was rejected and then resubmitted. The rough revisions were completed and I wrote a 24-page reply. The second review took two months and responded requiring minor revisions. One agreed to accept and the other appreciated my meticulous and comprehensive response, and then asked some little questions about sentences and symbols. Accepted after one month of resubmission. It feels a bit slower than others. Maybe the journal receives too many manuscripts in that time.

After a few weeks, a minor revision was required. It was accepted within a day or two after returning the revised manuscript.
