Submitted on October 17th and received the results on December 16th. There were two reviewers, the first one had only a few comments which were easy to address, but the second reviewer rejected the submission, claiming it was highly plagiarized from another article. I suspect that this reviewer must be blind because the article I used as a reference had similar titles but completely different methods. For the case study section, I designed a component that was somewhat similar to the other article's, but fundamentally different. This led to the editor rejecting my submission. After waiting for two months, this was the outcome. I definitely do not agree with the claim of plagiarism. Can plagiarism really be detected in just one week? It's truly frustrating. I wasted two months waiting for nothing. Be careful when choosing where to submit your work – I won't be submitting to this journal again
