Reviewed 2024-06-10 11:29:56 The paper was under review for over a year and 2 months with no response. After continuously pushing for a month, the result came back as rejection. There were two reviewers, one accepted and one pointed out that 5 citations in the background were not closely related to the core issue of the paper. It was rejected based on the second reviewer's feedback. The handling was extremely careless and confusing.
