Not very clear about the impact of the journal, formerly known as Central European Mathematical Journal, later changed to Open Mathematics by the Polish publisher degruyter, the fee for research papers is currently 1000 euros. I submitted once, possibly due to improper selection of recommended reviewers, which led to two rounds of review in the first stage, lasting for a year, and the second review also took 3 months due to reviewer issues. However, the actual effective review time for the first stage is about 3-4 months, and the actual effective review time for the second stage is 1 week. Overall, the speed for pure math articles is acceptable, the editorial department is relatively responsible, and reminders have been made 4 times with replies on progress within two days. It is suggested that future authors be cautious in selecting recommended reviewers, or not recommending the journal to select reviewers for review
