It is bad journal. I have got rejected after 10 months reviewing. In the first review we have revised as reviewer requested. But, it was fall at second round due to the different reviewer. Additionally the review process was so long. Never submitting again.

I submitted twice, but can’t drift along any longer. The review speed is good as it can still be within two months, but the publication is relatively slow. It’s acceptable to be published in the second half of the year for the papers accepted in the first half of the year, but you will have to wait till next year if it’s accepted in the second half of the year. The visibility of the journal is not high or not match for Springer, MDPI, Wiley, etc., so the probability of being cited is not high. The advantage is that as long as your manuscript is not too bad, it can usually be accepted after revision. The disadvantage is that it is slow to be published, with high cost, unqualified content, and less citations.

This journal is extremely terrible!!!! The manuscript was submitted at the beginning of October 2018. The editor-in-chief of the journal handled it. A major revision was required on February 15, 2019. The two reviewers did not have many comments, just required it to be polished. That’s OK. I returned it on February 23. It has been under review till now. During the period, I urged the review several times. Here’s the response from the editor-in-chief: I'm terribly sorry for my late reply, I was attending a conference and still catching up with emails...../ There were various excuses for delaying, such as waiting for the review comments, or forgetting to send it for review, etc. In fact, this manuscript is quite acceptable, because it had already been polished by the editing company recommended in the journal, and there is no opinion that it is critical, otherwise it would have been withdrawn. Anyway, if there is no news at the end of July, it will be withdrawn immediately. I submitted to the journal because it is fast, even charged a publication fee... I am sure this is the last one in this journal. Just for your reference only.

It was fast, although I don’t remember the specific timeline. The editor is very nice. It seems that there are often discounts on the publication fee. Originally this was an invited contribution; even though we missed the deadline, the editor still reduced some publication fee.
