A domestically produced large-scale water journal, with an impact factor of 0.6 in 2015, suddenly surged to 16 points in 2021, with 19 publications in 2021, cited 1611 times. In 2022, the number of publications per year was 9, cited 1201 times, and the impact factor was 14.6. Does this kind of impact factor have any significance?
