Reviewed 2019-07-01 17:32:25 The response was very fast. The editor was very interested in our research results, and the reviewer mentioned a few questions. It was accepted directly after supplemented explanation. I am researching in the field of GaN and found that there are quite a few very interesting articles on GaN dislocations here. Submitted on June 10, received the review comments on August 7, one reviewer requested major revision, the other minor revision; re-submitted on September 28 and accepted on October 1.
