Reviewed 2019-06-21 08:25:39 CCF C journals. I thought publishing in C journals was difficult than in publishing some CCF B journals. A total of 4 reviewers gave with more than 50 review comments. The paper only was 25 pages in total, and the revised manuscript was 30 pages. Based on the review comments and recommended references, it can be inferred that the reviewers are experts in my own field.
