Biopharmaceutics & Drug Disposition publishes original review articles, short communications, and reports in biopharmaceutics, drug disposition, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, especially those that have a direct relation to the drug discovery/development and the therapeutic use of drugs.

These include:
• animal and human pharmacological studies that focus on therapeutic response, pharmacodynamics, and toxicity related to plasma and tissue concentrations of drugs and their metabolites

• in vitro and in vivo drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, transport, and excretion studies that facilitate investigations related to the use of drugs in human

• studies on membrane transport and enzymes, including their regulation and the impact of pharmacogenomics on drug absorption and disposition

• simulation and modeling in drug discovery and development

• theoretical treatises


Biopharmaceutics & Drug Disposition刊发有关生物药剂学、药物处置、药代动力学和药效学的原创性研究、综述与简报，尤其是与药物研发和药物治疗相关的文章。感兴趣的主题包括：动物和人体药理学研究，侧重于与药物及其代谢物的血浆和组织浓度相关的治疗反应、药效学和毒性；体外和体内药物吸收、分布、代谢、转运和排泄研究，促进与人类药物使用相关的研究；关于膜转运和酶的研究，包括其调控以及药物基因组学对药物吸收和处置的影响；药物发现和开发中的模拟和建模等。
