Review speed: 12.0 | Submission acceptance rate: 25.0  Experience Sharing: A domestic clinical magazine. Q1 zone, bimonthly, now charging for submissions, 5k for a case. Submitted a small case relying on the reputation of a leader and it was accepted. Took 14 months. The submission experience could be described as magical. The submission system cannot verify the author's email; the author was secretly changed during the submission process, and it took personal connections to correct the author list in the end; emails sent to the editorial department always receive an automated reply, like a receipt, and never get a response. Also provided some feedback to the editor-in-chief. The road is long and tough for excellent domestic journals. Doctors are advised to submit, students should be cautious
