Reviewed 2012-05-30 09:23:00 This journal was changed to monthly issues since 2011. However, after 2012, the first issue was not published until May. The journal emphasizes a balance between theory and application, and articles must include the section “Practical Application”. The journal reviews and publishes manuscripts slowly. It usually takes more than a year from initial submission to acceptance. I submitted a manuscript last July, and it has been 10 months now, the status is still in review. I have written to the editor twice and I have not received a reply. Recently I wrote another letter to withdraw the paper and still got no reply.  (0) Thank | Anonymous  |

Reviewed 2012-10-04 08:36:00 submitted in July last year, there has been no news.Directly acceptd in October this year.The review period lasts for 15 months and is said to have been published for at least 9 months.That is, the total time from submission to publication will be more than 2 years, and the impact factor is low.
