Reviewed 2016-08-23 08:20:49 Took me some courage to submit to this super-long-standing journal, and it turns out that taking the step to do it is half the success. I received the review comments after one month. The reviewers gave good comments and asked for major revision at one place and minor revision at several places. They were not being overly critical to the authors. I feel some requirements of these international journals do make the paper better. My paper was eventually accepted after 4 months. Happy!
