I don't know what the format requirements of this journal are. It was rejected 10 days after submission, without telling the specific problems. Then they sent us an attachment and required us to revise according to it. The attachment is not the same as the version on the official website. The main difference is the format of references and abstract. It is very strange; one is 300 words and the other is 100 words. The reference format is also inconsistent. I’m so angry... The journal is very strict with the formatting of the manuscript. It was submitted successfully after three revisions of formatting during the period. After one month, the editorial office’s mail was received. A total of three reviewers: the first one asked to supplement the experiment and made good suggestions, which greatly improved the quality of the manuscript; the second one raised a few insignificant questions; and the third directly agreed to accept it. The editor gave decision of rejection and resubmission after supplementing the experiment. It then was resubmitted after 55 days, and after 3 and 3 days, it directly showed acceptance. In short, the review speed of the editors and reviewers are really fast.
