Manuscript processing speed is very fast. The first review gave results within 2 weeks. Two reviewers’ opinions, one required major revision, one revision. Both mentioned language issues. The second reviewer also mentioned that one of the conclusions was contrary to the results of the published paper, so he questioned our algorithm. (We downloaded the paper he provided, and found that the result he mentioned is actually consistent with our paper. We had no idea why the reviewer said that.) The editor rejected the manuscript. We were not satisfied with the result, so we made a rebuttal and explaining the corresponding part. Three days later, the editor only replied with words as “rejected already”. I felt that the editor was a little irresponsible. At least he should make a reasonable explanation. For this journal, I can only laugh it off.
