After one and a half months for revisions, the second review was completed 14 days after external review, followed by revisions by the second reviewer five days later, and acceptance on a temporary basis. The manuscript was formally accepted one day after formatting changes. The journal is very efficient, and the reviewers' questions are also very professional. Truly a top journal!

The feedback from the two reviewers was very positive. One reviewer pointed out four or five minor issues, mainly asking me to polish the language and make the figures more aesthetically pleasing. They also raised a couple of questions about the content, but did not request additional experiments, just suggested adding some analysis in the discussion section. The other reviewer directly praised the thoroughness of the research and called it a great paper, suggesting publication after some language editing. However, the editor-in-chief surprisingly rejected it. After sending an appeal letter to inquire about the rejection reasons, the editor-in-chief said only about 15% of submissions can be accepted. It's really frustrating!
