Finish 1 round in 2 months with 4 reviewers (3 minor revision and 1 rejection). We prepared the revision and rebuttal response point by point. AE rejected without sending out for second round. The reason is we did not answer some critical comments from reviewer? We already addressed all the comments that we agree with or not with proving data. Then AE say like give us a favour: publish as technical brieft. We sent appeal email to AE and EiC and still waiting. Never submit to this journal again
