Back in 2013 and 2014 my luck with publishing in this journal was better. I published a first-authored article years ago in AJCN. AJCN is the journal with the highest impact factor in the field of nutrition, mainly focusing on crowd research. Another comparable option is JN, but it’s not quite as influential as AJCN. Both journals are very strict and efficient in terms of manuscript acceptance and the publication process.
