Submitted six papers, four of them were reviewed externally, and all were rejected, even the one submitted by the associate editor. Eventually, I resubmitted to another journal, one was published in IJPE, one in EJOR after the second review, one in IEE TEM after the third review, and the other three were published in other journals. Therefore, I think IJPR is the most difficult journal to publish in, second only to UTD.
