It was quite a tough experience. TITS is a good journal. It got accepted after 4 rounds of repeated revisions! Submitted in February 2019. Revised and resubmitted in August 2019. 1 major revision, 1 minor revision, and 1 rejection were received. Submitted in November 2019! Revised and resubmitted in February 2020. The previous request for major revision changed to minor revision, minor revision to acceptance, and rejection to major revision. In addition, another reviewer was involved, and he also requested a major revision. Submitted in May 2020! Accept with minor revision was received in September 2020! Accepted in December 2020. It took 22 months in total. I have published papers in other Trans journals before. Compared with them, this journal is slow and time-consuming, but it is worth it!

In the first review, reviewer 1 accepted it, reviewers 2 and 3 required major revision, and it was easy to be revised, maybe I was lucky.
