I submitted to this journal for almost a month ago and it has not actually entered the review status, and then a letter was received, saying that it does not meet EIC. There are some doubts about this EIC the editor-in-chief h Pan. A lot of references and comparisons had been published in TBME. I submitted two manuscripts before and both of them were rejected. One manuscript was directly rejected. Another manuscript underwent 4 months of review, one of the two reviewers said that it lacked data, and it was rejected. This time it was also directly rejected by EIC and I will never submit it to this journal again.

After rejected by TIP, it was directly submitted to TBME. I have published three papers in TBME. In general, the reviewing process is relatively fast as long as appropriate reviewers can be found. If the reviewers are responsible, the results can be out in about one to two months on average. However, if appropriate reviewers cannot be found or they disappear, the reviewing process may take more than four months. Fortunately, this situation does not happen very often.
