Submitted at the end of February, rejected by mid-August. During this time, it was reviewed for 4 months; and was with the editor for nearly a month and a half. Even though I sent a total of three reminders, it was still so slow. I didn't look at it closely at first, so I didn't realize that it only publishes less than 100 articles a year.
