Reviewed 2018-12-18 14:42:55 2018.7.29 Submitted. Mid-September 2018.9 Received major revision comments. A total of 3 reviewers, one of the reviewers gave more than 40 comments. Revised according to the comments, and asked for extensions twice. The editor is very good, always replied emails promptly. The first time we applied for an extension, immediately agreed, postponed for one month. On the day of deadline, the editor sent us an e-mail asking if the paper was ready. We explained that the paper has been revised but the language stilled need to be polished. The editor asked If we need an extension and gave an extension of 40 days. 2018.12.4 resubmitted again because the paper did not pass the technical review. 2018.12.8 The fourth reviewer requested minor revision, which was to check and verify the comments and answers of the first three reviewers, and no new comments were given. 2018.12.10 resubmitted and accepted on the same day. 2018.12.12 online first.
