My job has undergone two major revisions and two minor revisions. The reviewers are very professional and provide a lot of feedback, which can be harsh but overall friendly. The editors do not reject submissions easily and thoroughly review the content. However, they are very slow and it takes twice as long as a regular journal for any operation

Very very very slow, submitted in early July 2023, major revisions in early January 2024, no response for 10 days after resubmission at the end of February 2024, still a special issue. Unless you frequently submit to this journal with fixed reviewers, it is not recommended to submit. Reviewers are very professional, and the submission difficulty is even higher than second-tier journals. It is possible to submit for academic purposes, but not recommended for graduation
