It took 4 months for the first review. There were 6 reviewers, who were rigorous, and I learned a lot (from them). Computer Networks --- A very good journal in the CCF-B category. The reviewers’ opinions are very professional, and the acceptance is average difficult. Feb 2019 Submission; July 2019 major revision; Oct 2019 accepted. There are 9 months in total. Generally speaking, it is not suitable for people who need article to be published urgently.

This is a very good journal and I think the oldest journal in the field of computer networks. Although CCF Class B is not as good as ToN and JSAC, it beats out a lot of other network-based comprehensive journals. I submitted my manuscript through submission portal and ended up with a couple rounds of revisions (major, minor, etc.). The reviewers provided a lot of comments, so much so that I think my response letter was 10 pages long! The only drawback to this journal is that the review period is relatively long, about a year or so.
