My manuscript is still in the review process (I submitted in November of 2012). Obviously, the review process is slow. My manuscript has gone through many iterations of revisions, many of which have been very helpful and greatly improved certain aspects of my manuscript. Based on some review of other journals in this field, I don’t feel like I’ve had the worst experience, but I haven’t had the best. The language requirements are quite high for this journal, so if you’re a non-native English speaker I recommend using an editing service prior to submission – it will cut down on a lot of the back and forth with the editor.
