Don't worry, my paper was handled by an Indian editor. It took seven months from submission to online publication. Here is a brief overview of my journey: 
- First round of review: received two review comments, major revisions, 3 months
- Revision: 21 days
- Second round of review: all reviewers agreed to accept the paper within a month, but the Indian editor delayed for 3 months
- Final acceptance after minor formatting revisions in the second round of review, the whole process took 7 months, which is considered quite fast.
